About Us

Our office is located on Centerville Road, across the street from the Centerville Middle School (in the professional center next to American Laser Center & Dr. Shelley's office). We are conveniently located about one mile north of the Centerville exit of Route 30 and near Route 283, in the heart of Hempfield.

Our mission at Advanced Chiropractic & Rehab is to provide gentle, high-quality, effective care to people of all ages. We strive to not only correct a person's health problems, but to educate and enlighten people so that they do not encounter similar problems in the future.

Rustin Glass, DC., C.C.S.P.

Dr. Glass grew up in the Lancaster area, graduating in 1990 from Hempfield High School. In high school and undergraduate college (Colgate University), Dr. Glass was a All-American competitive swimmer and athlete. After graduating from Colgate, Dr. Glass entered Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, MO., where he graduated Cum Laude in 1999. For the next four years, Dr. Glass was in private practice in Maryland with a busy chiropractic practice. During this time, Dr. Glass completed a postgraduate certification program to became a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (C.C.S.P.). In Maryland, he treated a numbers of the region's high school and college athletes. Additionally, Dr. Glass worked very closely with many of the Baltimore area's primary care physicians, orthopedists, podiatrists and pain management specialists. Now in Lancaster, Dr. Glass is working to bridge the gap between the medical & chiropractic community by establishing strong relationships with the local physicians.

In the evening and on weekends I am 'on-call' for emergencies. My cell phone number is 341-7606, so I am never more than a phone call away. If I am unable to answer my phone after hours, leave a message and I'll call you right back. I will make every effort to get you the help you need as soon as possible!
